Manilva Town Hall has cancelled the call for selection tests to fill, on an interim basis due to vacancy and by the competitive examination system (concurso-oposición), one post of General Administration Technician, and to create an employment pool of interim civil servants for the post of General Administration Technician, one day before the deadline for submitting applications. It has also made a correction to the scoring system and removed from the procedure the requirement to hold a driving licence. These changes were made after the CVs and documentation of almost all the candidates had been received.

According to the related file, the cancellation comes in response to a request made by the Government Delegation, by which the procedure is officially cancelled and the same call is then approved again, this time including the following modifications:

  • The requirement to hold a category B driving licence in order to apply for this post is removed
  • An existing error in the final scoring system and final proposal is corrected

As a result, prospective applicants for this post will have a further 10 working days from its publication in the BOE (Official State Gazette) to submit their application.
