Manilva Town Hall has officially confirmed the date of the long-awaited Full Moon Party, which will take place on Friday 31 July from 21:00 on the promenade and beach at Sabinillas.
With this announcement, the Town Hall puts an end to the doubts that had arisen among many residents and visitors after an error was found in the printed programme for the municipality’s Fair and Festivities, in which the event appeared as taking place on Saturday 31, an incorrect date that had caused confusion since its publication. The announcement made by Manilva Town Hall definitively confirms that the event will take place this Friday, 31 July.
Tourism councillor Agustín Vargas is putting the finishing touches to the preparations for one of the most special nights of the summer in Manilva, an event that brings together hundreds of people every year in a magical atmosphere by the sea.
A night full of shows, music and surprises
The programme will begin at 21:00 with a tasting of Manilva wine, while a Shamanic Journey, an activity with limited places, will start at the same time.
From 21:35 until 00:00, the promenade will be filled with entertainment, including stilt walkers, white fantasy characters and fire shows that will provide the atmosphere throughout the evening.
The programme will continue with two impressive aerial acrobatics displays:
- 22:00: First performance of the aerial acrobats’ show.
- 22:15: Batucada show with fire and fantasy.
- 23:00: Second performance of the aerial acrobats’ show.
- 23:15: Presentation by Turismo Manilva with several surprises for the audience.
Music will be another of the main features of the night. The group Rockpop will perform at 23:30, while DJ Violetta Arriaza will take over at 01:30. The party will continue until closing with sets by DJ Loco and DJ Pablo Drazza.
Guests are encouraged to dress in white
As is traditional at this event, the organisers invite all attendees to come dressed in white, a detail that helps to create the distinctive atmosphere of this party, inspired by the light of the full moon and the Sabinillas seafront.
With a combination of food and drink, visual spectacles, live music, entertainment and activities for all ages, the Full Moon Party once again establishes itself as one of the major events in Manilva’s summer calendar, attracting both residents and visitors looking to enjoy a different kind of night on the shores of the Mediterranean.
