From Monday 10 May, Manilva Local Police will carry out a speed monitoring and control campaign across the municipality.
It should be remembered that the Manilva and Casares police headquarters share the equipment used for these checks, so they have to coordinate with each other.
According to the person with ultimate responsibility for public safety and mayor of Manilva, Mario Jiménez: «a fine will always be the last resort or aim. What we want is to guarantee the safety of our residents and for speed limits to be respected, in order to avoid dangerous situations», he said.
The Town Hall and the Local Police insist on respecting not only speed limits but all the rules in place for better coexistence and respect for others.
