The local coordinator of Compromiso, Mario Jiménez, together with the Infrastructure and Works councillor, Marcos Ruiz, and the Education councillor, Laura Salazar, are continuing their direct contact with Manilva’s schools, with the aim of improving conditions at the municipality’s schools and nurseries.
The new Education councillor, Laura Salazar, has begun a round of visits to the town’s various schools in order to introduce herself to the management teams, learn first-hand about their needs and work together to implement improvements to the facilities and to the day-to-day running of the schools.
Following her recent visit to the Pablo Picasso school in Manilva, Salazar has turned her attention to the San Luis de Sabinillas school. During her tour, the councillor showed particular interest in getting to know the conditions at the school in depth, assessing possible improvements to its facilities and looking at key aspects such as the pupil-teacher ratio and the general day-to-day running of the school.
The visits will continue over the coming days, with the aim of covering all of the municipality’s schools and establishing an action plan that will allow the necessary improvements to be carried out as quickly as possible.
