Residents of the Urbanización Doña Pilar and users of the road known as Camino de Estepona will see this busy road significantly improved.

The Urbanizaciones department and the Infraestructura y Obras department, headed by Laura López and Diego José Jiménez, have launched these improvement works jointly in response to residents who live in this part of the municipality.

Specifically, the works concern the lighting of this stretch of road as far as the Doña Pilar housing development. According to the councillor for Infraestructura y Obras, the works consist of installing 20 low-energy-consumption LED streetlights along a 400-metre lighting line.

For the councillor for Urbanizaciones, the aim is to respond to the residents and users of this road, who will see services improved and, above all, the safety of the route.

As the municipal officials explained, the works are being carried out by a local company under a minor works contract and will be completed shortly.
