Less than 24 hours was all it took for Manilva Local Police, with the help of local residents, to locate the motorbike stolen the day before and to bring before the courts an 18-year-old who was dismantling the vehicle in a nearby garage. The Guardia Civil has taken charge of the case, in which the motorbike appears to have been in the process of being taken apart and prepared for shipment elsewhere.
Neighbours alerted the Local Police after noticing suspicious activity in a garage very close to where the vehicle had disappeared the previous day. Thanks to social media, the incident became widely known among residents of the area, and the alleged perpetrator was caught «red-handed» this morning.
