Administrative Court number 1 of Málaga has ruled on the complaint lodged by the Compromiso Manilva municipal group and Mario Jiménez against the councillors of the governing team of Con Andalucía Izquierda Unida Manilva. The complaint sought to annul several mayoral decrees by which the municipal group was formed and governing responsibilities were granted to councillors Agustín Vargas, Rogelio Pascual, Juan Carlos Morejón and Gema María Zotano, and it also asked for precautionary measures to be imposed.
The Magistrate-Judge of the Court denies Compromiso its request and orders it to pay costs of €300, arguing that there are no grounds for adopting the precautionary measure requested by the appellant.
An appeal may be lodged against this decision within 15 days, counted from the day after notification. It will not be admitted unless payment of the costs imposed is proven.
