Once the negative covid test results had been received for the drivers of the buses that make up the municipal transport service, the councillor for the Parque Móvil (vehicle fleet) department, Alba Jiménez, has decided to resume the service from tomorrow, Tuesday 12 January.
It should be remembered that each and every one of the vehicles used daily to transport residents are cleaned and disinfected.
According to the councillor: «we have received the good news that our drivers are healthy and therefore fit to continue with their work without any problem. Their health and that of our neighbours comes first. From here, and given the need of many people to travel around the municipality by public transport, tomorrow it will resume on normal timetables», she said.
Manilva Town Hall insists on the need to take extra precautions, wear a mask, wash hands and keep a safe distance.
