The Boletín Oficial de la Provincia (Official Provincial Gazette) today publishes the renunciation submitted by Manilva Town Hall of the direct grant awarded in the amount of €161,824.90 for the «Coastal Path in the municipality of Manilva from the Martagina stream to the Playa Paraíso housing development», by agreement of the Governing Board dated 23 December 2020, under item number 5.8.
Following publication, Manilva Town Hall is declared to have lost its status as beneficiary of the grant awarded for the «Coastal Path in the municipality of Manilva from the Martagina stream to the Playa Paraíso housing development» in the amount of €161,824.90, due to the Town Hall’s renunciation.
Accordingly, it is determined that the late-payment interest due from the date the grant was paid (22/02/2021) until the voluntary return of the unspent funds (08/10/2021) will amount to €3,807.32.
