For an amount of €324,882.50, the tender procedure has been opened for the remodelling works on Avenida Miraflores in Sabinillas, which will have an execution period of 5 months. Until 13 July at 13:00, interested companies that meet the participation requirements, professional technical solvency and economic and financial solvency for carrying out these works may submit their bids.
As stated in the redevelopment project itself, «the deteriorated state of the street paving, caused by the latest and unfortunate interventions carried out in recent years to renew it, has resulted in a deplorable state of the road with a layout that is, to say the least, incoherent»; the works will consist of renewing the paving, improving accessibility, improving the energy efficiency of the public lighting with new LED light fittings, doubling the stormwater network to resolve the flooding problems suffered by Sabinillas, and improving the telephone infrastructure. The underground bins on the street will be removed.
The approximate length will be 250 metres, with a surface area to be paved of around 1,500 square metres.
