The Campus Fundación Unicaja 2025 camps kicked off today with the arrival of participants for the first session of Campus Sabinillas, which opens the season of the institution’s five summer camps. More than 500 young people aged between 7 and 16 are already enjoying a shared experience based on leisure, free time and contact with the sea, which will run until 2 September.
Throughout the summer, the camps will offer activities such as evening events, escape room, silent disco, paintball, climbing wall, water walkways, mini quads, touchball, pickleball, multi-volleyball and padel smash, among others. New this summer are activities and sports such as survival experience, geocaching, sports simulators, environmental workshops, aisports and speedminton.
In addition, the Foundation is once again investing in improving the facilities and maintains its commitment to the environment with the second edition of the initiative ‘Un niñ@, un árbol’ (One child, one tree). In its drive for environmental conservation and sustainability, and in line with the Sustainable Development Goals, it is again promoting the planting of one tree for each participant in the municipalities where the camps take place.
The Campus Fundación Unicaja camps are one of the activities that best represent the institution’s commitment to the comprehensive education of children and young people. Each year they include new leisure activities, which are also in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), present both in the design of each camp’s programme and in its management processes and activities.
More than 6,700 young people will be able to enjoy this year’s summer programme of the Campus Fundación Unicaja through its six camps: Sabinillas, Ronda, Basketball (Málaga), Nautical (El Puerto de Santa María), English Camp (Ronda) and Tech&Play Camp (Ronda).
