According to the Sports department of Manilva Town Hall, the Sabinillas sports complex will remain closed in January for refurbishment work that will significantly improve the service to residents.
Edufy Formación, the company that will manage the many sports facilities on offer at the site, is carrying out minor works and finalising details so that the courts, the gym, the sports hall and the heated swimming pool are in the best possible condition for use.
According to the Sports councillor, Manolo Gil, «although this is a very professional company in the sector, which is why we have given it the management of this important sports complex, before opening to the public they needed to clarify and define certain elements so that it is in perfect condition», he said.
Once the opening date is known, it will be announced in advance so that all users can enjoy the facilities.
It is worth remembering that the main aim of Manilva Town Hall is to improve the service and make the most of it and get the best performance from it, while also adding an educational side and the development of the youngest children through specialised programmes.
