The Parks and Gardens department continues to improve the various outdoor leisure facilities in our municipality. In this case, we are talking specifically about the La Duquesa children’s park, next to the green corridor.
The head of Parks and Gardens, Francisco Becerra, the mayor of Manilva, Mario Jiménez, and the councillor for Infrastructure and Works, Diego José Jiménez, visited the site.
This recreational area has been completely refurbished, with the special rubber flooring replaced, new children’s play equipment and the addition of a giant chess board. With this new feature in particular, residents are asked to respect it so that it can be enjoyed by everyone.
In addition, the lighting has been improved with LED bulbs, and new stone planters have been installed along the corridor.
