Yesterday, Unión Manilva’s social media channels announced the next manager of the senior team. José María Pajares García will lead our side next season in the Malaga Third Andalusian Division.

The club says it has reached an agreement with the best manager it could have hoped for, and its satisfaction is absolute. The Sabinillas native is already planning the season, with the competition starting on the weekend of 18 and 19 September.

It is worth remembering that José María Pajares has recently played for second division clubs, as assistant to Mendi Nafti at Badajoz, and as head coach of Real Jaén Club de Fútbol.

In this way, the sky-blue club continues steadily with the project that began last year with the introduction of a senior team. To this must be added the creation this coming season of the youth team, managed by Luis Villalobos and José Cortés.

In the coming days we will report on the senior side’s new coaching staff and the start dates of pre-season.
