The works council of Manilva Town Hall, made up of UGT, CCOO and CSIF, is taking action. Having reported the lack of workplace safety to the labour inspectorate, it has also agreed, within the council itself, to launch demonstrations and complaints over the malpractice and irregularities which, in the view of this union body, are taking place.
Today, in addition to the aforementioned complaint to the labour inspectorate, a request has been submitted through the registry office for medical check-ups to be carried out for all staff, given that none were carried out in 2020, although they are required annually under the collective agreement.
