The Sports department of Manilva Town Hall has organised a calisthenics master class to be held this Tuesday, weather permitting, in the new park in the Maicandil area, next to the Ciudad de la Petanca.
The Sports councillor, Manolo Gil, is encouraging fans of this discipline to come along to these impressive facilities from 18:00 to watch the class, which will be given by the department’s instructor, Kisco Castillo.
The instructor’s own students from Manilva will take part, along with other enthusiasts of this activity, and the councillor for this department will also attend.
The Calisthenics park is, as you know, available to all residents who wish to exercise outdoors.
This discipline is a training system with a wide range of bars, where people work using their own body weight.
