According to the councillor: «we are aware that public transport provides an essential service for many people who do not have a vehicle and need to get around the municipality. Or even for convenience and to look after the environment. For all these reasons, it is necessary to constantly improve both the routes and the buses themselves».
The Parque Móvil department, headed by Alba Jiménez, is working on the specifications for the acquisition of two buses through leasing.
This long-term rental system will offer the Town Hall great possibilities, as it will be possible to add to a fleet of vehicles that provide the best possible service to residents.
The councillor’s aim is to keep the two urban transport routes running on a permanent basis and to make improvements to the vehicles themselves.
