The Tourism department of Manilva Town Hall has everything ready for the celebration of Tourist Day, which takes place every year on 15 August, coinciding with the national public holiday on that date.
The aim of this celebration is to thank the thousands of people who choose our municipality every year to enjoy their holidays.
Residents and visitors will be able to attend a flamenco dance performance by José Franco, who will present his show “Tablao” in plaza de Los Naranjos in Sabinillas from 21:30.
Meanwhile, the promenade, by its central statue, will host a tasting of local wine from 20:30 until 23:00, and information will be provided by Bodegas Manilva, along with promotional material about our municipality.
The wine tasting will also take place between 12:00 and 14:00.
From 21:00 to 23:00, the promenade will host children’s games for all the children who wish to attend.
The highlight of the day will come at 23:00 with the concert in the plaza del Cali de Mari de Chambao, who will be coming to Sabinillas with their tour “XX años para celebrar”.
Eva Galindo, head of the Tourism department, wished to thank those who visit us year after year, and hopes that everyone will enjoy the day.
