The selection process for the new Urban Planning Manager, who will join the municipal staff as Urban Planning Manager at Manilva Town Hall, has come to an end. The post carries a monthly salary of 4,617.28€, made up of a base salary of 1,203.56€ per month, plus a destination supplement of 1,051.31€ per month and a further specific supplement.
The candidates were called to a personal interview with the Mayor, assisted by the Assessment Committee. During the interview each applicant presented and defended their action plan, answering questions put to them about what they had presented, the activities to be carried out and any others deemed necessary to assess their suitability, skills, aptitudes and attitudes for the post.
Now that the process has finished, the result «has been made public» on the Manilva Town Hall transparency portal.
The transparency portal once again only publishes the order of the scores, with some of the digits and letters of each candidate’s DNI, but withholds the names of the candidates. This has not happened in other similar procedures, such as that for applicants to the Local Police, where the first and last names of those applying for the advertised posts have been given throughout.
The information made public is therefore as follows:
Scores after the interview:
- 25660*7*R – 26 points
- 34866*4*K – 24 points
- 50433*5*W – 23.50 points
- 48896*9*G – 16.50 points
- 77451*9*D – 12 points
- 05936*1*K – 3.50 points
A period of ten working days has been set for any complaints and corrections regarding the scoring to be submitted.
Therefore, the holder of DNI 25660*7*R will, in principle, be the new Urban Planning Manager of our municipality. We hope that this post, which is of such importance for the future of the municipality, will soon be presented to the public.
