Malik Mercados Temáticos, the company that runs the various Medieval Markets we have been able to enjoy this summer at the Castillo de la Duquesa and Sabinillas, and which have been so well received by visitors and residents, has wished to show its gratitude to the municipality with a financial contribution to some of the town’s most active sports clubs with the largest membership.
According to the traders themselves, who spoke to this newsroom, «these have been very difficult times for all of us, as the restrictions have prevented us from working throughout this period; being able to work again and receiving such a warm welcome has been doubly rewarding».
The local sports clubs Los Kruos, CCManilva, CD Unión Manilva CF and CD Manilva Basket Base thanked the company for this gesture, which will help them to continue their work and to keep promoting sport and healthy living in the municipality.
Also present at the event were the heads of the Commerce and Sports departments, Francisco Becerra and Manolo Gil, who thanked the traders for this gesture.
