The mayor of Manilva, Mario Jiménez, and the councillors for Infrastructure and Works, and for Education, Diego José Jiménez and Daniel Muñoz respectively, visited the San Luis de Sabinillas school to check on the progress of its extension works.

The Town Hall wants to keep a close eye on the weekly pace of work, as it wishes to meet the completion deadlines, estimated for the end of August.
It should be remembered that the amount allocated by the Town Hall for these works is €631,151.51.

The works involve extending the school with five more classrooms and creating an open-plan space that can be used for various purposes, such as theatre, a common activity area or other types of events, all with a new exterior exit.

The municipal representatives agreed on the need for these works to be finished for the next school year, in order to do right by the pupils of this school, so that they can receive the best education in the best facilities.
