Innovative, modern facilities will be made available to all residents by the residential complex located in the Martagina area, Small Oasis, an area of the town that was recently abandoned and is being upgraded to cutting-edge standards.
Its 501 homes, comprising residential villas, semi-detached houses, apartments and luxury villas, will have four 7.4 kW charging points on site, one for each of the streets in the complex. Cabling work is already under way and installation of the charging points is expected to begin in the coming weeks, carried out by the Andalusian company «Mi Cargador de Coche», which specialises in installing charging points for businesses, residents’ associations and town halls.
