The route linking the area where the La Duquesa hotel is located with Los Hidalgos is used by dozens of residents every day. For this reason, the Infrastructure and Works department decided to refurbish and improve it so that it is in perfect condition.
Because of the abundant vegetation surrounding it, the walkway was somewhat difficult to maintain, but it has now been cleaned up and, in addition, fitted with lighting for greater safety.
This extends the connection with the Castillo area, so the promenade, the beaches and the hospitality venues will be even closer.
It should also be noted that people who live in Los Hidalgos and the surrounding area use the footbridge that crosses the N-340, which makes this walkway even more important.
