The councillor for Parks and Gardens has visited Parque del Duque, as he does every day, to check on the progress of the works that will bring a considerable improvement to the play area.
According to the councillor: «it is a park that is more than ten years old and needed updating so that residents can enjoy it as they deserve», he said.
In addition to repainting, the surfacing will be replaced and the attractions for the youngest children will be expanded. To inform the public and allow them to enjoy other areas, a sign has been put up showing the nearest parks, in this case Villa Matilde and Maicandil.
Trampolines anchored to the grass will also be installed so that there are more play options.
