The Culture councillor, Alba Jiménez, believes that one of the most important historic assets the municipality has, the Castillo de la Duquesa, should be given the recognition it deserves.

For this reason, options and possible improvements are constantly being sought to make it a point of reference in our town.

Many people visit it and remark on its excellent state of conservation.

For this reason, it has been decided to install information panels with a brief history of the monument, as well as a plaque at the entrance showing the visiting hours. These will be announced shortly, as the best options are being sought to suit residents.

There are two panels, one in the outer courtyard at the entrance to the monument and the other in the parade ground.

In this way, anyone visiting the monument will learn its history in a brief but concise way.
