Metrovacesa is launching a new development in Manilva. This is the Blue Marine residential complex, in which the developer will make an investment of 11 million euros.
The project comprises 40 terraced and semi-detached houses with three and four bedrooms and spacious terraces with views of the Mediterranean Sea. All the homes come with a parking space and communal areas with an outdoor and an indoor swimming pool, a coworking area and a gym. In addition, corner houses will have private gardens and swimming pools. It should also be noted that sustainability has been key in the design of the development, which is why it has a green certification.
The new development is located in Manilva, one of the towns with the best services on the Costa del Sol, close to the Sotogrande estate, surrounded by golf courses and marinas. Gibraltar airport is a 15-minute drive away, and the development is also close to towns such as Estepona and Casares.
Metrovacesa currently has 21 active developments, offering more than 950 new-build homes, with which it aims to meet the demand for new housing in the region.
