The mayor of Manilva, Mario Jiménez, has held a meeting with the new board, appointed in November, of the Property Administrators association of Málaga and Melilla.
The meeting was attended by the president of the organisation, Manuel Jiménez, the vice-president, Marisa Mandry, the president of the territorial delegations committee, Mercedes González, and the delegate for our area, Marjoleine Miranda.
At this first meeting, it was agreed to hold a working group shortly, which will also be attended by the delegate for housing developments, Laura López, where the document for this agreement will be drawn up.
In addition, training sessions for administrators are planned to be held in the municipality, given that the association has 12 registered members in our area. This would be beneficial for them as professionals, for the properties and communities they manage and, ultimately, as the mayor pointed out, for the residents of the town, which is the main objective of this type of initiative.
