Although the incidence rate in the municipality is the lowest on the whole of the Costa del Sol, Manilva has this time been penalised by the average active incidence rate across the entire Costa del Sol Health District and has been moved back to Level 2 of the measures imposed by the Junta de Andalucía for the next 7 days. As a result, shops must reduce their indoor capacity to 75%, among other measures that come into force at 00:00 this Thursday, 8 July.
The active incidence rate in Manilva stands at 170.3 (cases per 100,000 inhabitants), compared with 386.1 for the Health District. Istán is currently the municipality with the highest incidence rate, at 1,941.1 (cases per 100,000 inhabitants).
