Tonight the official reception of the 28th Assembly of Acevin, the Ronda-Málaga Wine Route, was held in Manilva.
This reception follows the activities carried out throughout the day and those that will take place in our town tomorrow.
Among the highlights were the words of the mayor of the municipality, Mario Jiménez, who reiterated the firm commitment to the future of winemaking in the area, and those of Rosa Melchor, president of Acevin, who expressed her surprise at the quality of the wines of our land and highlighted the distinctive character of the area where we live.
For her part, the provincial delegate of the Junta de Andalucía in Málaga, Nuria Rodríguez, said that we are in the province with the best wines, the best beaches, an enviable culture and a place to enjoy yourself and have a good time all year round.
Also attending the gala, in addition to the mayor, Mario Jiménez, were councillors Diego José Jiménez, Daniel Muñoz, Francisco Becerra and Eva Galindo, head of the tourism department, who was in charge of organising the event in our town.
