The councillor for Training and Employment, Marcos Ruiz, has highlighted the positive response to the website empleomanilva.com.

A new and highly useful tool for people who are looking for work and for residents who want to train, as well as for companies seeking specific profiles to work in their sector.

Launched at municipal level by the local company Opción 5 in mid-November, it has so far received 23,000 visits, placing it at the forefront when it comes to searching for work in the municipality.

The largest share of visits, 55.97%, comes from direct traffic from people who know the portal. Those arriving via social media account for 37.69%, and via search engines 4.23%. Links from other websites make up 2.11%.

As for users, the portal has 326 people registered as candidates, and any company can view their CVs.

The twenty-two companies currently registered have posted 41 job offers.
Looking at the busiest days, Tuesdays curiously have recorded the highest number of visits, with the peak period falling between 12:00 and 14:00.

The councillor expects both the number of registered companies and the number of users, whether looking for work or seeking further training, to increase.
