This morning, the parks and gardens councillor, Francisco Becerra, together with the education councillor, Daniel Muñoz, visited the playground located within Maicandil school to see the work carried out in this area.
According to Becerra, a complete refurbishment of the area has been carried out, including the replacement of the damaged wooden flooring.
The plugs and screws have been replaced, and rust treatment and paint have been applied.
The flooring has also been cleaned. All of this work has been coordinated between the parks and gardens and education departments.
With the new school year starting today, the youngest pupils at the school will have the use of this playground in the best possible condition.
