The Infrastructure and Works department is taking advantage of this Monday, a non-teaching day, to carry out refurbishment work and improvements to the car park at the «Las Viñas» secondary school in Manilva.
According to the councillor responsible for the area, Diego José Jiménez, who went to the site to oversee the work: «this involves working on an area next to the school, its main car park, which receives dozens of vehicles, hence the importance of improving it. In addition, the entrance and exit are essential as it leads onto the Peñoncillo road, which is also very busy», he said.
This municipal budget item is one more aimed at improving the quality of life of the school community and ensuring they feel comfortable in their surroundings.
