Following the announcement by Infrastructure and Works councillor Agustín Vargas, the plan to improve and maintain the bus shelters located in the municipality is being carried out proactively. The shelters have been neglected for a long time, with the resulting deterioration from lack of maintenance.
On this occasion, the shelter at the entrance to the Los Hidalgos housing development is being thoroughly cleaned by a team of workers who are trying to leave it in an optimal hygienic condition, to give residents a safe and sheltered space while they wait for public transport.
Vargas’s commitment was clear and firm after years of neglect by previous administrations: «the bus shelters will be in perfect condition when the next school year begins».
We will continue to monitor the progress of this work, which improves the appearance of the municipality and the wellbeing of users.
