The Environment department, in collaboration with the Sports department, offers a new opportunity to enjoy physical activity and the surrounding countryside.
As part of the Hiking and Environmental Education initiative, the next outing will take place on Sunday 23 October. Those wishing to take part in this route, which is free as it is funded by the Environment department, must reserve a place by calling 619 72 12 30.
Once participation has been confirmed, participants must arrive at 10:00 on the day in the Plaza del Cali, where the trail will begin and take us along the municipality’s coastline, on a route of approximately 12 kilometres.
The activity is aimed at people of all ages, and children must be accompanied by their parents.
The organisers recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing sun protection, a cap, water or fruit for the walk.
Councillors Laura López and Manolo Gil encourage residents to take part in this environmental outing in a spectacular setting, the Senda Litoral.
