Following the incidents of the 30th in Manilva, in which a property owner (a British national) reported having been assaulted while trying to recover his home, the people occupying his property were linked to a neighbouring one in which part of his stolen furniture had allegedly been hidden.
The Guardia Civil, as a continuation of all the judicial and police proceedings under way, today carried out a judicial search of the property, which was still occupied. Three people were arrested and will appear before a court tomorrow on suspicion of electricity theft, drug trafficking and handling the furniture stolen from the home of the British man who was assaulted.
