Our town’s young golfer, Mar García Jiménez, has put in a spectacular performance at the 2021 Triple A European Classic Tournament.
Despite the bad weather, the Manilva golfer completed this important tournament with a score of -1.
Despite her youth, Mar has already achieved numerous successes in the world of golf, standing out at high-level events, and her sporting progress knows no limits.
The next major championship she will play is the Queen’s Cup (Copa de su Majestad la Reina) at the Real Club de Golf de Sevilla from 3 to 7 March. It is the most important international tournament of the year in Spain and golfers of all nationalities take part.
