More and more properties in our municipality are being illegally occupied, and this morning we learned that an eviction has taken place at an apartment in Puerto de la Duquesa, carried out by a company specialising in this type of intervention.

The property, owned by a German resident, had been reported by friends as having been occupied by several people. This was her holiday home in Puerto de la Duquesa. Faced with a lack of legal knowledge and the difficulty of starting court eviction proceedings, which tend to drag on, she decided to contact Antiokupas Group, a company working all along the Costa del Sol, which has recovered the property in record time through an amicable procedure that is entirely legal.

According to information obtained by this newsroom, the company visited the property yesterday and managed to persuade the squatters to leave the property voluntarily and in under 12 hours.

The property was guarded throughout the night by a security officer from the company. This morning, the voluntary surrender of the property was signed and the company changed the lock.
