The Edufy Formación training centre, which specialises in physical and sports activities and is accredited by the Junta de Andalucía, will collaborate with the 7th BTT Manilva through a training activity in which its students will take part in the organisation of this top-level sporting event. This practical activity will give students a first-hand view of the importance of volunteering at any sporting event and in its organisation.
This morning, representatives of the centre, namely Managing Director Salvador Navarro and Educational Director Antonio José Mena, met with the organisers of the BTT, Alejandro Granados, president of CCManilva, and Manolo Gil, Sports councillor at the Town Hall, to sign this collaboration agreement, which will benefit all the parties involved.
The club has always kept the educational factor firmly in mind, carrying out volunteer work at various events over the years to help other organisers and to give all its members the opportunity to see the other side of the races, where they learn about all the unpaid work that goes into making an event a success.
Manolo Gil explained the importance of involving all professionals in the sector in events as important as the BTT de Manilva, in this case a leading local educational centre that offers top-level sports training.
