The officials responsible for Training and Education at Manilva Town Hall, Marcos Ruiz and Daniel Muñoz, visited the Centro de Formación de Sabinillas to accompany the students enrolled on the courses with professional certification, which have already begun. Currently, 40 people are taking part in the training in the administrative field, at level 1, for which no previous qualifications are required; level 2, for those who have completed the ESO (compulsory secondary education); and level 3, for those who hold the Bachillerato qualification (upper secondary school certificate).
Subsidised and accredited by the Directorate-General for Training of the Junta de Andalucía, the students have the chance to obtain this qualification, which will broaden their educational and professional opportunities. The Training Centre is currently hosting the courses in administrative management activities and management assistance, as well as the course in auxiliary administrative operations. Laptops have also been handed out to the students so that they have the materials they need to get the most out of the course content.
In addition, places are still available on the wine and liqueur production course, which will take place at the CIVIMA in the morning. To join this course, applicants must hold the ESO qualification and be registered with the SAE (Andalusian Employment Service) as jobseekers. Priority groups will be given precedence as established in the regulations.
To enrol, applicants must fill in a Junta de Andalucía standard application form, which can be obtained at the Centro de Formación de Sabinillas, at the Aula Guadalinfo or by email at formacion@ayto-manilva.com , fomento@ayto-manilva.com and guadalinfo.manilva@guadalinfo.es.
Participating students may apply for the grants or scholarships offered by the Junta de Andalucía. Regardless of this, Manilva Town Hall will give each person on the municipal register (padrón) €5 per teaching day, provided they complete the professional certificate having met the minimum requirements for obtaining the qualification.
