The mayor of Manilva, Mario Jiménez, has held a meeting with the head of the Local Police and members of the Guardia Civil to find out first-hand how they are working and the immediate results of their operations.
These meetings, which are held regularly, have one main aim: for the Town Hall and the public security forces to work hand in hand.

As well as producing a report on recent events, the meetings assess possible improvements and plan the organisation needed to cover the main events taking place in the short term.
