As is usual throughout the year, Manilva Town Hall, through the Beaches department, is carrying out cleaning and improvement work on the coastline of our town.
Municipal workers, supported by staff from the job pools, are combing the beaches with the appropriate machinery to leave them in the best possible condition.
According to the head of the area, Eva Galindo: «the annual plan is aimed at maintaining the cleanliness of our beaches, bearing in mind that storms and bad weather delay getting them ready or even put them back at the starting point».
This work also requires the cooperation of the public, as face masks, bottles and all kinds of materials have been found that could have been placed in bins and containers.
