The 9th edition of the Manilva Mountain Bike event, «Tribute to Civil Protection», opens registration tonight at 22:00 with a special edition dedicated to volunteers, with Civil Protection as the symbol and representative of the group, in recognition of all the work they do as volunteers at every event and activity organised.
An event that is well established in our town, attracts some 500 participants from across Andalusia and has the collaboration of the Sports department of Manilva Town Hall, RTV Manilva, and various companies such as Harman Bikes, NutriSport, BRK23, Barranco Automoción, MC Training, Integra Estudios Naturales, DorsalChip, several local businesses and associations such as Los Kruos and the Moto Club Manilva.
At the end of the event, the organisers will provide a final communal meal where participants can share the details of the day with their fellow riders while the prizes are presented. There will also be a massage service after the race, provided by «Integra Estudios Naturales», and shower facilities.
Childcare service
Following the positive response last year, the «childcare service» returns for this edition, with children’s entertainment throughout the morning for the children of participants and volunteers, making the BTT de Manilva a full day of fun for the whole family, allowing people to take part in the event without worrying about where to leave the little ones.
Registration
Registration will open at 22:00 on the website created for the event, which gathers all the information from previous editions, at: https://mtb.ccmanilva.com
