As part of the Holy Week action plan for the town’s schools, Manilva Town Hall has begun urgently, at a cost of 26.359,85€, the reconstruction of the entrance wall of CEIP Maicandil. Municipal representatives visited the school today to oversee the start of the work.
The work is being carried out by Diego Centeno’s local company. The visit was attended by the Town Hall’s Engineer and General Foreman, who inspected the progress of the work, which they hope will provide a definitive solution.
According to the municipal officials, if weather conditions are favourable and there are no delays in the supply of iron and concrete, the reconstruction of the wall is expected to be completed within the three working days of this Holy Week, with the aim of minimising disruption to the school community and ensuring that CEIP Maicandil returns to normal access as soon as possible.
