The Plaza de la Vendimia in Manilva is getting ready to host the eagerly awaited Saborea Manilva 2025 Food Fair once again. From Friday 5 to Sunday 7 December, this event promises a full weekend devoted to the sale and tasting of traditional local and regional food products, along with a programme of activities, competitions and live music for all the family.
The fair has become established as a meeting point for lovers of good food, including a traditional Wine Competition and the popular Encuentro de Parrandas (a gathering of traditional singing groups).
Flavour and Tradition at the Stands
Visitors will be able to enjoy a wide variety of stands offering high-quality products, including:
- Cured Meats and Cheeses: Trujillo, Teba Pisando Fuerte, Embutidos Tradicionales Conejo e Hijos, Chacinas Francisca España, Moremiel, Embutidos de la Sierra Serafín.
- Sweets and Nougat: Turrones Jose Luis Martos, Delicias Garrapiñadas, Los Sueños de Ana, Repostería Vicky Lupu.

- 11:30: Manilva wine competition: jury meets and deliberates on the wine samples by category.
- 11:30 – 14:30: Children’s cookery workshop.
- 12:00 – 14:30: Cooking show and free tasting of the cuisine of Dani, Cafetería Plaza. Capacity 100 people.
- 15:00: Reading of the jury’s minutes and presentation of prizes for the Manilva wine competition.
- 15:15: Tasting of the wines entered in the competition.
- 17:00: Children’s musical «ME QUEDO SOLO EN CASA».
- 18:30: Performance by Jessica Quiñones’ music and body expression school.
- 19:30: Live music: «COMPÁS FLAMENCO».

SUNDAY 7 DECEMBER
- 11:30: Stands open «Saboréa Manilva».
- 11:30 – 13:30: POPI National Ham Carving Competition. Charity event: a plate of ham can be tasted in exchange for a donation of 3 kilos of food.
- 13:30 – 14:30: Cooking show and free tasting of a burger: beef, cheddar and Iberian ham chunks «MANSO BURGUER». Capacity 100 people.
- 16:30 – 17:00 Free tasting of Vicky Lupu pastries.
- 17:30 – 21:30: Encuentro de Parrandas (gathering of traditional singing groups).
- 21:30 – 23:00: Live music: «LA MALA HORA».
- 23:00 – 00:00: Live music: «DJ PÁJARO».
