An official ceremony was held today to mark the handover of the works on the final section of the Sabinillas seafront promenade, which links the town with the La Noria area.
A renovated promenade
This new section of the promenade has transformed the look of the area, providing a more modern, accessible and attractive space for residents and visitors. The imperfections of the previous promenade have been removed, creating a more harmonious setting in keeping with the natural beauty of Sabinillas.
Handover and congratulations
The handover ceremony was attended by the mayor of Manilva, José Manuel Fernández, the councillor for Infrastructure and Works, Agustín Vargas, the councillor for Cleaning, Rogelio Pascual, the deputy municipal comptroller, Town Hall technical staff and representatives of the construction company.
Local authorities, business owners and residents alike have expressed their satisfaction with the final result of the works, highlighting the significant improvement it brings to the Sabinillas promenade.
Beautification and three-dimensional lettering
Work on the promenade does not end here. In the coming weeks, a beautification process will be carried out along the route, which will include the installation of three-dimensional letters spelling the name of Sabinillas and marine motifs. These decorative elements will help enhance the beauty of the promenade and make it an even more attractive landmark for visitors.
A commitment to the wellbeing of Sabinillas
Manilva Town Hall reiterates its commitment to the wellbeing of Sabinillas and the continuous improvement of its public spaces. The renovation of the promenade is a clear example of this commitment, and it is expected to help boost tourism and economic activity in the town.
