The Sports department continues to renovate the sports facilities across the municipality of Manilva.
On this occasion, both the mayor, Mario Jiménez, and the head of the sports area, Manolo Gil, visited the padel courts at the Las Viñas football ground to see the finished results of the complete renovation work carried out there.
The work consisted of replacing the structure and surface of courts 3 and 4, given their deteriorated condition. The previous glass panels, which were in good condition, have also been reused.
In addition, the artificial turf on courts 1 and 2 has been brushed and the nets have been replaced throughout the facility.
The mayor praised the Sports department, which is maintaining and improving each and every one of the municipality’s sports facilities, in this case the padel courts, as has also happened with the spinning, cross training and gym rooms and the football ground, among many others.
In short, residents can now enjoy padel at these renovated facilities, which are fully at their disposal.
