A new stage begins for the renovation of the Sabinillas promenade with mayor José Manuel Fernández signing the decree to start the bureaucratic procedures for the renovation of the third phase of the Paseo Marítimo in Sabinillas. The process starts again after the failed attempt by the previous council, when no company showed any interest and the tender was left void.
Both the mayor and the Infrastructure and Works councillor, Agustín Vargas, are very clear that this important project must guarantee an optimal result and make up for the legacy of works that have not lived up to what the area deserves.
With a view to moving this vitally important project forward, the tender notice has been published on the Public Sector Contracting Platform and a budget of €960,486.71 has been allocated for its execution.
Manilva Town Hall is committed to carrying out this process in a transparent and effective way, with the aim of improving and enhancing the coastal infrastructure of Sabinillas for the enjoyment of its residents and visitors. The third phase of the Paseo Marítimo promises to be a significant renovation that will enhance the natural charm of the area and provide a pleasant and accessible space for everyone.
