Presentation of the Amphora Beah development

-

The Town Planning department of Manilva Town Hall continues to highlight the value of buildings that were left abandoned for various reasons.

The councillor responsible for this area, Marcos Ruiz, was invited to the presentation of the Amphora Beach Residence development in the lower part of Martagina, which was also attended by representatives of the property sector of the Costa del Sol and Campo de Gibraltar.

The development will comprise 218 homes, 28 of which are already occupied. The developer Live Really Big has been responsible for the construction, and has also taken charge of creating roads and pavements, treating the gully and green areas, and building a path that will provide pedestrian access to the coast.

The Town Planning councillor explained that, for the team in this department, promoting the revaluation of structures and buildings in these circumstances has been one of its fundamental objectives, as was the case with Small Oasis, among others.

A new phase of homes was presented at the event, held in an attractive location with excellent views, as Javier García Alba, of the architecture firm Estudio de Arquitectura Agas, explained. He also gave further details about Amphora Beach.

In addition, events of this kind related to the property sector also help to make our municipality known in this attractive field.
