Grupo Fonsán, through its construction division Fonsán, which specialises in residential, industrial and landmark building, has been selected to carry out the works on Nylva Homes, a new development of 45 homes in the exclusive area of Bahía de las Rocas, in Manilva (Málaga), with views of the Mediterranean Sea, Gibraltar and the African coast.
The development comprises 45 two- and three-bedroom apartments starting from €329,259, spread across three buildings of different types: ground-floor units with private gardens, homes with large terraces and duplex penthouses. All the units have been designed with open-plan spaces, plenty of natural light and high-quality finishes. The panoramic terraces with views of the sea, Gibraltar and Africa stand out, as does the orientation, which makes the most of the Costa del Sol climate.
The residential complex will also offer comprehensive communal areas: gardens, an adults’ swimming pool and a children’s pool, a gym, a coworking area and a gated enclosure for added security. Its strategic location, just five minutes from Sotogrande and La Duquesa, provides easy access to marinas, golf courses, shopping areas and airports.
The project is being developed by Take Point, a company specialising in the comprehensive management of the property cycle (investment, management and construction). For its part, Grupo Fonsán will play a key role in both the design phase and the execution of the works, applying a collaborative working methodology in highly demanding environments. Works will begin this August, coinciding with the start of the first construction tasks, with the aim of ensuring proper coordination and compliance with the established deadlines.
