Metrovacesa has begun marketing Blue Wave, its new development of single-family homes in the Bahía de las Rocas area of Manilva, on the border with the province of Cádiz.
Blue Wave has 66 single-family terraced houses with 3 bedrooms and a parking space. The homes in block 1 have a private garden, and the corner houses and those in block 5 also have a private swimming pool. The development has a communal swimming pool and gardens.
The development will use eco-friendly materials and will install renewable energy generation systems, with the aim of making the homes more environmentally friendly.
Metrovacesa expects the first handovers in the first quarter of 2028. The developer estimates an investment of 18.9 million euros for the project.
Blue Wave is a development of 66 terraced single-family homes in the heart of the Costa del Sol. The houses, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, have open spaces and large terraces to make the most of the coastal light in the various rooms. All units include a garage space, some homes have a private garden and swimming pool, and residents will also be able to use communal areas such as a gym, swimming pool or coworking space.
The development has been designed by Archs and Graphs Architecture Studio, with the aim of offering the highest levels of functionality and quality. In addition to the selection of materials and state-of-the-art construction techniques, the developer offers the chance to customise some of the materials and rooms through its Elige tu Look platform.
The development has A-A ratings for energy consumption and emissions, as well as the developer’s own DOMUM label and the Sello Verde sustainable building certification.
Throughout the construction process, the development will use eco-friendly materials and will install renewable energy generation systems, among others, with the aim of making the homes more efficient and environmentally friendly.
Metrovacesa currently has two developments under construction in Manilva, Blue Marine and Blue View Heights, and one on the market, Blue Wave. In total, the three projects offer more than 150 new-build homes in the town.
